Triskaidekaphilia

    Triskaidekaphilia

New Camerata Opera presents an operatic exploration of the occult, featuring Gian Carlo Menotti's The Medium, and a Cabaret Macabre. The evening will delve into the darkest depths of humanity, in a way that only opera can. Get lost in a new, demonic dimension, filled with powerful music. Featuring the operatic voices of the full NCO company, and the instrumental virtuosity of The Curiosity Cabinet.

"What we experienced surely represents the future of opera - an immersive experience, up front and personal, intensely involving, and ultimately satisfying."  (Voce di Meche)

      La Bohème

The timeless and passionate La Bohème is the ultimate love story with a tragic ending. A coming of age story about growing up, of vibrancy, of poverty-stricken life for young people who face the harsh reality of the death of one of their own.  Tri-Cities Opera's production of Puccini's classic, La Bohème starred Meroe Adeeb and Jordan Schreiner and was brought to life by Director JJ Hudson, and Maestro Vlad Iftinca.  Playing to a nearly full house, at the 1500 seat Forum Theatre in Binghamton, New York, the cast received a clamorous standing ovation.

        Glory Denied

The contemporary opera by Tom Cipullo, was presented by Tri-Cities Opera at Savoca Hibbitt Hall in Binghamton, NY in November 2017.    Sold out audiences raved about this visceral production of the story of America's longest held prisoner of war.  Glory Denied was presented on a thrust stage with a nine-piece chamber orchestra conducted by Joshua Horsch. Immersive projections steered the opera’s time-jumping storyline, skillfully directed by Cara Consilvio.

          America's Packard Museum - 25th Anniversary Gala

On October 6, 2017, The Citizens' Motorcar Company, America's Packard Museum held their 25th Anniversary Gala Reception in the Fountain Lounge at the Hotel Hershey.  An intimate and refined event, 150 guests, patrons, friends and new faces of the museum ate, drank, and mingled to the upbeat piano jazz of Chris Grasso.  Waxman Photography captured the reconnection of Packard enthusiasts old and young, as well as the beauty of automotive models and antique vehicles on display.

          Puffs

            Puffs

The hit off-Broadway show already enjoyed by over 20,000 people just got a little bit more off-Broadway-er. Puffs transfers to a new production at New World Stages beginning July 2017. For seven years a certain boy wizard went to Wizard School. This, however, is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs… who just happened to be there too.

Puffs, or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic & Magic is a Potter-inspired comedy for anyone who has ever felt like a secondary character in someone else’s story.

"Exudes a jovial, winking fondness for all things Harry!" (The New York Times)

“An alternative narrative for the underdog” (Wall Street Journal)

“Never goes more than a minute without a laugh” (Nerdist)
